Bronco Belle (Brentwood Mall)
Bronco Belle in Brentwood Mall serves up a lot of different grilled meats including beef, chicken, bison, wild boar, kangaroo, and camel… Really? Camel??
Despite my curiosity, we went with the BBQ Chicken Sticks Plate that comes with rice and salad.
The chicken was okay but the skewers that we had at GoodAh Grill in Richmond Centre are better.
I decided to try the Bison Burger with fries. The bison patty was somewhat on the thin side and I couldn’t taste any noticeable difference between it and regular beef. That might be because bison tends to be leaner and it may have overcooked too quickly.
The bun on this burger was enormous… it reminds me of that Wendy’s commercial with the little old lady asking “where’s the beef?”
