Thai Express (Park Royal) - Chicken Noodle Soup

Okay, this isn’t a big review… see our last visit to Thai Express (Park Royal) for more details.  On this recent visit, we tried one of their massive noodle soup bowls with chicken.

This huge bowl of rice noodles, bean sprouts, onions, carrots, green onion, and your choice of chicken, beef, shrimp, vegetables, fish, or tofu really fills you up.  My only complaint is that there’s not a huge amount of flavour in this bowl (in fact, it was downright bland) - I would have preferred it if it was spicier like a Vietnamese Bun Bo Hue.

Stick with the curries or the wok-fried items… they are much better.
