Pacific Bistro (Whistler)
The Pacific Bistro is located in the Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre and serves up a pretty kick-ass complimentary breakfast buffet each morning.
Usually, when I hear that a hotel offers free breakfast, I think of day old croissants or danishes but I wasn’t prepared for the wonderful spread that they had ready for us at the Pan Pacific. In addition to the coffee, tea, and fresh juices available, there was quite a few options available for breakfast.
A variety of different cold cereals, meats, and cheeses.
Bowls of fresh fruit and a bunch of different pastry items including mini muffins, danishes, chocolate and plain croissants.
On my first breakfast, I stuck with some basics like the fresh fruit danish, chocolate croissant, turkey and cheese slices, and fresh fruit.
On my second breakfast, I was fortunate enough to try the fabulous strips of corned beef – these were really tender.
