Siegel’s Bagels (Granville Island) – Stuffed Bagels
I’ve walked by Siegel’s Bagels many times while maneuvering through the crowded Market at Granville Island but I’ve never taken the time to see what they have to offer… I figured they had bagels but, so what? I mean, sure, I like bagels but there are so many other things at Granville Island to grab your interest like nearby Lee’s Donuts.
Well, after our fabulous lunch at The Sandbar, we took a walk through the Market and that’s when I noticed a wonderful aroma coming from Siegel’s Bagels. Turns out it was coming from the Stuffed Bagels.
I have no idea whose idea it was to stuff a bagel with smoked meat and cheese but they are really onto something.
In addition to the Smoked Meat Stuffed Bagel, you can also get your bagel stuffed with spinach too.
These are definitely something that you’ll want to eat while they’re hot. But if you’re looking for something more traditional, you can also pick up bagel sandwiches or bagels served with lox and cream cheese.
