Columbus Restaurant – Everything But The Waitress

On an earlier post for Columbus Restaurant, we had tried their Chef’s Mistake pizza which was chock full of toppings.  This time around, we decided to go for broke and get their Everything But The Waitress pizza.

If you like pizza that has plenty of toppings, look no further.  Each bite was slightly different with it’s own unique blend of toppings.

We also picked up their Chicken and Ribs combo that came with a baked potato loaded with all the fixings including sour cream, real bacon bits, onions, peppers, and tomatoes.

The BBQ Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and juicy and the BBQ Chicken was meatier than I expected.

Think I’ve finally found our new local go-to place for great pizza and comfort food.

Update: Here are a few more pics of the food at Columbus from a recent visit:

I’m not sure how they managed to do it but their Garlic Bread tasted both crispy and juicy at the same time.  The salad that came with our bbq dinners was disappointing this time as the greens were quite wilted.

This is the full order of BBQ Ribs and BBQ Chicken.  I love the ribs here – so fall-off-the-bone tender.

This time, our Baked Potato came with asparagus.  I wish their Calamari (appy version shown) had diced onions.
