Zog’s Dogs (Whistler)

Zog’s Dogs is something that you can’t miss when you come to Whistler.  Located near the ski lifts, they serve… you guessed it… hot dogs!  While they’re also known for their poutine, we weren’t looking for something that filling and stuck with regular fries.  Plus, Sophie loves fries and the gravy probably would have given her a tummy ache.

The hot dogs here are quite hefty and you can customize your toppings (including sautéed onions) at the adjoining condiments station.  I picked the Jalepeño Cheese Smokie which was super but, oddly enough, not very spicy or cheesy despite it’s name.

We also had the Chili Cheese Dog – doesn’t this just look like the perfect food?  Everytime I see a chili cheese dog I think of Brent chowing down on them on Corner Gas.

In addition to hot dogs and poutine, you can also get Beaver Tails here too!
