Golden Swan Restaurant – Dim Sum
We didn’t intially plan on going to Golden Swan for dim sum back in June. In fact, we tried to go to Western Lake for dim sum but the wait was over an hour at 10:30am. Instead of waiting, we decided to walk up Victoria Drive and hit up the much larger Golden Swan Restaurant.
The dim sum was pretty good and they use old school push carts if that’s your thing.
Deep Fried Taro Dumplings and Spareribs.
Siu Mai and Steamed Beef Balls.
Steamed Bean Curd Rolls and Chicken Feet.
Spring Rolls and Steamed Har Gow.
Gai Lan and Clams in Black Bean Sauce.
Steamed Beef Rice Rolls and our favourite… coloured Jell-O (or more precisely, gelatin).
If you like push cart dim sum or you don’t feel like waiting an hour to get into Western Lake, Swan Garden is a good alternative.
