Cheesecake Factory (Las Vegas – Caesars Palace)
You might be wondering how we could possibly eat anything else after the huge meal we had earlier at the Bacchanal Buffet but the Cheesecake Factory was one of the spots we wanted to try and they open late. Located at one end of the Forum Shops mall in Caesars Palace, the menu is quite extensive.
To be honest, I was half hoping that we’d see either Penny or Bernadette working at the Cheesecake Factory (note: TBBT reference).
Cheesecakes, cheesecakes, and more cheesecakes – just about every variety that you could think of.
We also picked up these super tasty Crispy Crab Bites served with a mustard-based sauce. These bite-sized morsels were perfect for adding some contrast to the creamy cheesecakes that we had.
We also tried the Margarita and Frozen Iced Mango smoothie. The smoothie was huge and I got a brain freeze more than once trying to drink it too quickly.
The Key Lime, Lemon Raspberry Cream, and Craig’s Crazy Carrot Cake Cheesecakes. The key lime was super smooth and creamy but quite rich and a little too tart. I think the carrot cake was the best as it didn’t have too much of the rich cream cheese filling.
I’ve heard that a lot of the entrées here are good too but you have to save room to try these cheesecakes. Or, grab a couple of frozen cheesecakes and bring them home with you (yes, you can fly them back to Vancouver).
