Keg Steakhouse & Bar (Still Creek) – Filet Mignon and Prime Rib with Snow Crab
We’ve been to the Keg at Still Creek a number of times and have tried most of their different steak options… like the Kansas City Strip and the Flat Iron Steak. On this last visit in November, we tried a couple of different choices.
The 10 oz Filet Mignon was wrapped in bacon and extremely tender. Unfortunately, it was not very flavourful. If you’re looking for something with a lot more flavour, try the Rib Steak.
The Prime Rib and Snow Crab was a little bit more work that I would have preferred. The good thing about the crab here is that it was not too watery. At some restaurants, when you crack open the crab legs, you wind up spraying water everywhere.
The Brownie Sundae at the Keg is super decadent and shouldn’t be passed up. Much better than the one we had recently at Boston Pizza.
