Crêpe Delicious
Crêpe Delicious is one of the largest mall-based crêperies and has recently started expanding into BC with this location in Richmond Centre.
They serve both sweet and savory crêpes – and have huge jars of Nutella just waiting to be used.
The Cordon Bleu ($9.25) with 2 eggs ($1.50) – chicken, diced ham, lettuce, tomato, and Caesar dressing. They cracked 2 eggs onto the thin crêpe as it was cooking which made it a bit heartier.
After folding it in half, they started to add the toppings and then wrapped it up like a pita. However, the crêpe is much too delicate to stand up to being a hand-held food and needs to be knife-and-forked.
It was a really good crêpe… not sure if it`s that healthy though. Maybe I should try one of their sweet crêpes the next time.
