What could be better than nachos? Nachos made with thick-cut waffle fries!

That’s why I ordered the Pochacho at the Terminal Pub in New West ($15 + $1 for guacamole). It’s served with melted cheese, sliced jalepeño, olives, and diced onions as well as sour cream, salsa and refried beans. The waffle fries had a nice crispness to them.
