COWS (Whistler 2015) – Udderly Delicious Ice Cream

A stop in Whistler means COWS ice cream! I remember when they used to have a store on Robson in Vancouver… aside from just ice cream, they also have a fun collection of cows-related clothing.

Unlike our last visit, the shrubbery in front of the store has grown a bit and is partially blocking the large iconic cow.

What hasn’t changed is how good their ice cream is… with a higher-than-normal butterfat content (16%), it’s super creamy. They open fairly late so we picked up a Fluff ‘n Udder after a long day of hiking. Chocolate ice cream with marshmallow and peanut butter cups? Yes, please!

Before we headed back to Vancouver, we made sure we had another visit and picked up an Oreo ice cream in a waffle cone.

There’s lots of places to get ice cream or gelato in Whistler, but COWS remains one of our favourites.
