Pho Factory (Waikiki 2015) – Chicken Banh Mi

I mentioned on my post for Curry Cafe that you can find some really good eats in the food courts in Hawaii. Pho Factory is another food stall located on the 2nd floor of the Royal Hawaiian Center.

While I was picking up some seriously good loco moco at Curry Cafe, my sweetie was grabbing a Chicken Banh Mi ($6.99 + $3 for the Summer Roll Combo). As you can tell from the picture, the crusty baguette was overflowing with tender chicken.

Yes, the price is a bit expensive for a banh mi, but they were generous with the chicken (and prices tend to be higher in the tourist areas).
