Bubble Waffle Cafe – Don’t Burst Your Bubble

Bubble Waffle Cafe is located right next to Xu’s Wonton House in Crystal Mall.

While it’s true that you can find bubble waffles just about anywhere in Vancouver now, not all bubble waffle places are created equal. The bubble waffle that we got here was airy on the inside but was a bit too crunchy on the outside like they overcooked it.

I suppose any bubble waffle is better than no bubble waffle… but I’ve had much better elsewhere… Bubble Queen in Richmond being one such example.
