Boiling Point (Burnaby) – Individual Mini Hot Pots
Wintertime in Vancouver usually means drab and rainy days. It’s at times like these that bubbling pots of food really helps you get through the day.
I’ve been to the Boiling Point on Kingsway before and enjoyed having the personalized mini hot pots. So, when the weather was still chilly back in January, we came here to try their Japanese Miso and Curry Fish Ball hot pots.
Since the food here is so hot, it’s a good idea to pair your hot pot with a cold drink. We opted for the mango slush and mango green tea. The hot pots are a good size for one person and everything stays hot because they keep a flame underneath the pot.
Great place to come by if you don’t like sharing your hot pot with others.
