YiFang Taiwan Fruit Tea (Robson): Refreshing Drinks
As their name would suggest, YiFang is a popular Taiwanese boba (bubble) tea shop which specializes in fruit teas. They’re also known for their black sugar pearls that are made in-house but those are only available at certain times during the day.
We opted for the YiFang Fruit Tea ($6.50) and Jinfeng Roselle Lemon Slice Juice ($5.50). The YiFang fruit tea is a combination of pineapple sauce, passion fruit (complete with seeds), apple, orange, and jade tea while the Jinfeng roselle juice (roselle is similar to hibiscus) is simply paired with fresh lemon slices. While we decided to go with 50% sugar for both, the roselle juice was decidedly sweeter (which I didn’t mind)… something to keep in mind if you don’t like your drinks too sweet.
Both drinks were refreshing and perfect for the warming temperatures that we’re starting to have.
