Inside the Granville Island Public Market is a shop that serves roast meats, sandwiches, and carries specialty infused olive oils and vinegars on tap.  I’ve admired some of their hot savory foods before but have never tried them out.  Since we had just had a seafood fest at the Sandbar, I just grabbed some sweets to bring home. Patisserie Lebeau – Waffles… breakfast of champions

Recently, we decided to inaugurate some friends in the wonderful world of waffles.  What better place than Patisserie Lebeau?  Being the weekend, we made sure we went early and managed to find a table before the lineups started queuing out the door.

Patisserie Lebeau @ Home

Just a follow up to our earlier post of Patisserie Lebeau… as I mentioned, if you don’t live near Fairview, you don’t have to deprive yourself of their wickedly awesome waffles.  They sell individually wrapped waffles that are frozen and ready-to-eat at a number of locations (including their W 2nd location).
