Julian Serrano Tapas – Aria (Las Vegas 2019): Paella!

A number of years ago when we stayed at the Aria, we stumbled across Julian Serrano and had an amazing paella dish with our friends. When we finally decided to return to Vegas, the one thing that we knew that we couldn’t miss out on was that paella (we pretty much planned our whole trip around it).

Jean-Philippe Pâtisserie (Las Vegas – Aria and Bellagio)

If you’re someone who has a sweet tooth and find yourself in Vegas, you should check out Jean-Philippe Pâtisserie.  The last time we were here, Jean-Philippe Maury only had the one pâtisserie location (in the Bellagio) which was known for their impressive chocolate fountain.

Julian Serrano (Las Vegas – Aria)

It’s Vegas Baby!  It seems like ages since the last time we visited Las Vegas so we jumped at the chance to come here in early December (especially since the Mayan calendar predicted the end of the world on Dec 21, 2012).  This is the first in a string of posts based in Sin City – mainly to help me remember where we ate and to plan for our next visit 🙂
