Midam Rice Cake House is one of the many Korean cafes in the busy mini mall located on the Burnaby/Coquitlam border of North Road. In fact, this area is often called “Koreatown” given the proliferation of Korean establishments in the area.

Dae-Ji is a popular Vancouver-based Korean cutlet house that specializes in deep-fried cutlets of various meats as well as hamburger steaks (similar to Hamburg steaks). The location on North Road in Burnaby is on the second floor of a busy mini mall just south of Lougheed Hwy.

This past August 15th, 2018 was Pirate Pak Day at White Spot. This is the day that adults can purchase their famous Pirate Paks and White Spot would donate $2 to the Zajac Ranch for Children… a worthy cause that I’ve raised money for in the past.

Thai Express (Lougheed Town Centre)
