While we were down at the Steveston Farmers Market in July, we came across a tent from La Chocolaterie (normally located in the Izumi-Ya Marketplace).

Max Brenner – Chocolate by the Bald Man is located in the Forum Shops in Caesars Palace (they also have a few locations scattered worldwide. For Max Brenner, chocolate isn’t just about a sweet treat… it’s about immersing yourself into a new way of thinking… one where chocolate is just as important to life as air and water and is just as much about the emotions it invokes as it is about how good it tastes. I’m sure for some of you, that’s not much of a stretch.
