Grub on Main: Amazing Grub

Grub is a small eatery on Main Street that’s been open since 2007. It’s funny because I’ve often driven or walked past this area of Main Street and have never even noticed this restaurant. Run by Chef/Owner Ling, there’s a surprising well-rounded selection of options on the menu with 95% of their produce supplied by their farm in Langley.

Solav Souvlaki – Reopened then Reclosed

We were disappointed when our favourite donair place closed down when they tore down Station Square.  As it turns out, they’ve just recently reopened in the beginning of April near the Joyce Skytrain station on the corner of Joyce and Wellington.

House of Taste – Shawarmas in City Square

I used to always avoid the food court in City Square – it always seemed to be a little lacking.  However, on one of our latest trips out to City Square, we were getting a bit hungry and didn’t feel like going to Kirin so we decided to check out the food court and noticed a relatively new outlet serving up Shawarmas.
