Eggspectation (Richmond): Montreal-Based Breakfast Joint

I think I had high “eggspectations” when I first visited this new breakfast eatery that opened up in Richmond late last year. Originally hailing from Montreal, Eggspectation is located in the former Ihop location next to the Accent Inn. But trust me, when you walk inside, it looks nothing like an Ihop.

Cora’s Breakfast and Lunch (Richmond) – 10 Star Omlette

It’s been less than 6 months since Cora’s opened up in South Richmond.  They originally had some growing pains trying to figure out their groove (long line ups, slow service, and inefficiencies all over the place – see our last post on Cora’s here).  Despite the past problems, the food was quite good so we came back and had a pretty decent breakfast.
