Koa Pancake House: Chocolate Chip Pancakes

After our morning sunrise outing, we headed over to grab some breakfast in the Kaneohe area. Specifically, we were looking for Koa Pancake House. This particular location was a bit difficult to find because it’s in the middle of a semi-industrial area and the signage says “Kaneohe Pancake House” instead of “Koa Pancake House”.

Eggspectation (Richmond): Montreal-Based Breakfast Joint

I think I had high “eggspectations” when I first visited this new breakfast eatery that opened up in Richmond late last year. Originally hailing from Montreal, Eggspectation is located in the former Ihop location next to the Accent Inn. But trust me, when you walk inside, it looks nothing like an Ihop.

Cinnamon’s at the ‘Ilikai (Hawaii 2017): Guava Chiffon Pancakes

When we were planning our trip to Hawaii, the one place that I really wanted to try was Cinnamon’s. You just have to take one look at their pancakes and you can’t help but start to salivate… and I’m not even a real fan of pancakes usually.

IHOP (Brentwood)

I really don’t eat pancakes that often and it’s been a long time since I ate at IHOP so I’m not sure what drew me there today.  Maybe I had a craving for buttermilk (since today is National Buttermilk Biscuit Day)? … I know, I know… buttermilk pancakes aren’t the same as buttermilk biscuits.
