We initially thought of heading to Egg Slut for our first breakfast in Vegas but, after seeing the huge lineups, made a detour and stopped by one of our old haunts… Earl of Sandwich in the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood.

Oyster Bay is an Italian Seafood restaurant located in the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood.  With the vast array of restaurants available in the area, it’s a bit unassuming with the straw awnings, wood posts, and nautical rope serving as a partition to the rest of the mall.

We spent a lot of time on our recent trip to Vegas at the Earl of Sandwich in the Planet Hollywood Resert for a few very important reasons… 1) love the hot sandwiches here, 2) open 24 hours a day, 3) free Wi-Fi.
