Tora Sushi is one of the many food establishments located in the Queensborough Landing area of New Westminster. I stopped by one day in August and noticed that it’s fairly busy during the lunch hour.

Pho Express Angkor is a Vietnamese/Thai restaurant in Queensborough that I’ve been to before. It’s not often that you find good eats in a outlet mall so I’ve been meaning to revisit this place for quite some time.

Naan Bites – Queensborough Landing

Naan Bites is a popular eatery in Queensborough Landing. I actually tried to come here twice but it was so busy on each visit that I wound up going to nearby Pho Express Angkor instead.

Pho Express Angkor – Thai Chicken Satay

My first visit to Pho Express Angkor wasn’t planned. Actually, I had wanted to try the Naan Bites in Queensborough Landing but that place was so busy that I had to find an alternate. Pho Express Angkor turned out to be nearby and I was actually quite pleased with my first visit.

Wok Box (Queensborough Landing)

Wok Box is a franchise that grew out of Edmonton, Alberta and has spread across Canada and into the States. This particular location is in the busy Queensborough Landing area of New West.

Shang Noodle House (Starlight)

Located right next to the Kirin at Starlight Casino is Shang Noodle House.  While they both belong to the Kirin Group of restaurants, they’re going after a different market.  Kirin is more of an upscale restaurant that’s well suited to large family meals whereas Shang Noodle House is more of an unpretentious place where you can grab a quick bite to eat… nothing overly complicated here.

Kirin Seafood Restaurant (New West)

We don’t make it down to Queensborough Landing anymore due to all the traffic congestion down there but we found ourselves doing some xmas shopping around the area in late November and wound up looking for some eats at Kirin Seafood Restaurant at the casino.
