Season’s Apple Cafe is an Asian-run Italian cafe located in a mini mall on Tenth Avenue in Burnaby, near the Burnaby-Coquitlam border. I stopped by here in mid-July to grab a quick lunch and took a seat on their patio.

Bob’s Submarine Shop – Quintessential Dive in Richmond

Re-Up BBQ (New West) – Pulled Pork at the Westminster Quay

As I mentioned on my last post on the Paddlewheeler Neighbourhood Pub, we were feeling a little hungry after we left so we decided to grab a bite at the Quay.  The Westminster Quay used to be somewhere we liked to visit because of all of the little shops.  Unfortunately, a lot of shops have closed down over the years… but it seems like there’s some renewal going on at the Quay and maybe things will pick back up. Quiznos (Metrotown) – Southern BBQ Pulled Pork Sub

I vaguely recall when Quiznos started opening up in the Lower Mainland and becoming a big hit.  And why wouldn’t it be a hit?  Toasted subs are an awesome idea!  One of the things I like about Quiznos is the hot pepper that they give you with each sub.
