Have you ever seen that Seinfeld episode about the “Non-Fat Yogurt”? Basically, the group overindulges in yogurt that claims to be “non-fat” but, after gaining weight, Elaine suspects that it’s really not “non-fat”.

I only bring this up because it’s difficult to believe that the yummy goodies that come from this bakery is gluten free. I’ve had gluten free pastries before but nothing that comes close to this.

Take, for example, the Raspberry Passion Fruit Tart. If you didn’t tell me that it was gluten free, I wouldn’t have known.
